1) Send a Return & Refund request to info@Aleppo-Tree.com with the following information:

• Which products of the order you'd like to return (some/all).

2) Make sure that the returned products match our Return & Refund policy (returned products that don't match our Return & Refund Policy will not be refunded).

3) Pack the products you want to return in a safe packaging to ensure they reach us intact, especially liquid bottles.

4) Print out the invoice / receipt that lists all returned products and put it in the box.

5) Ship the returned products and make sure you receive the tracking ID.

6) Send us the tracking ID on info@Aleppo-Tree.com so we can track the package.

7) Once we receive the returned products, we will examine them to ensure eligibility for a partial/full refund.

8) Afterwards: We will issue the matching refund and inform you accordingly - you will receive the corresponding refund within 2 weeks of receiving the returned products.

Yes, partial order return & refund is possible, as long as it matches our Return & Refund Policy.

In this case, we won't be able to issue a refund to the customer for the products that don't match our Return & Refund Policy. Furthermore, if the customer wants us to ship back these products again, we will, unfortunately, have to charge him for the re-shipping costs.
