What is the Return and Refund Policy of Aleppo Tree?
Purchased Aleppo Tree products can be returned and fully refunded as long as:
- The product wasn't purchased through a voucher/gift card.
- The returned products have never been used.
- The packages of the returned products are still intact and in a perfect condition.
- The returned products are safely packed in the returned shipment and is delivered to us intact.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
How much refund am I entitled to?
You are entitled to up to 100% refund of the amount paid for products that meet our Return and Refund Policy. Returned products that don't match our Return and Refund Policy are not entitled to any refund.
Through which payment channel would I receive the refund?
Refunds are typically issued through the same payment channel used to pay for the order.
Who pays the shipping costs of the returned products?
The shipping costs of returned products need to be paid by the customer.
How does the Return and Refund process go?
Send a Return and Refund email request to Info@Aleppo-Tree.com with the following information (The email should be sent from the same email address associated with the order):
- The order number.
- Full name.
- Contact Information.
- Reason for return.
- Attach order invoice / receipt
- Which products of the order you'd like to return (some/all).
- Make sure that the returned products match our Return and Refund Policy (returned products that don't match our Return and Refund Policy will not be refunded).
- Pack the products you want to return in a safe packaging to ensure they reach us intact, especially liquid bottles.
- Print out the invoice / receipt that lists all returned products and put it in the box.
- Ship the package to the following address and make sure you receive the tracking ID:

- Once we receive the returned products, we will examine them to ensure eligibility for a partial/full refund.
- Afterwards: We will issue the matching refund and inform you accordingly - you will receive the corresponding refund within 2 weeks of receiving the returned products.
Can I return only some of the ordered products, without having to return the entire order?
Yes, partial order return and refund is possible, as long as it matches our Return and Refund Policy.
What if the customer returns some products that don't match the Return and Refund Policy?
In this case, we won't be able to issue a refund to the customer for the products that don't match our Return and Refund Policy. Furthermore, if the customer wants us to ship back these products again, we will, unfortunately, have to charge him for the re-shipping costs. However, if there are any returned products that do match our Return and Refund Policy, we will happily issue a partial refund only for these eligible products that match our Return and Refund Policy.
